The quantity of soy sauce production is 9000KL per year. All general household use and industrial use soy sauce are very popular among our customers. Our soy sauce factory is qualified by JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards) and we implement quality control. We produce variety of soy sauce. We not only have the soy sauce which is made from domestic raw materials, but also we produce Amino Acid mixed soy sauce. Also, the characteristic of our soy sauce is to match with the palate of people in South Kyushu. We produce variety types of soy sauce with balance of the sweetness and the taste.
