The quantity of soy sauce production is 9000KL per year. All general household use and industrial use soy sauce are very popular among our customers. Our soy sauce factory is qualified by JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards) and we implement quality control. We produce variety of soy sauce. We not only have the soy sauce which is made from domestic raw materials, but also we produce Amino Acid mixed soy sauce. Also, the characteristic of our soy sauce is to match with the palate of people in South Kyushu. We produce variety types of soy sauce with balance of the sweetness and the taste.
The quantity of miso production is 2000 tons per year. Same with soy sauce, our miso is popular among customers mainly from South Kyushu. Depending on different conditions, the types of miso will be changed. For example, based on the place of production of raw materials of barley miso/ rice miso/ mixed miso, days of maturation and etc., we produce a wide range of miso.

Our company mainly produces dressing for retailing, but according to our company management policy, we also develop some products that are different from other companies. For the main raw materials, we especially use the raw materials from South Kyushu.
